Who was trained in prestigious vocational school as Petrovietnam Manpower Training College (PVMTC), trained and certificate of  Underwater Inspector Diver  Level 1, Level 2 và Data recorder of Lloyd’s Register, and have much experience of Oil & Gas Field.

• Diving supervisor:They trained and certificated Diver level 4/4, Diver inspector level 2 (U3.2), Data recorder (U3.4), and have experience over 12 years.
• Diving inspector:They trained and certificated Diver inspector level 1 (U3.1), Underwater welding/cutting, and have experience over 9 years.
• Divers: They trained and certificated Diver inspector level 1 (U3.1), Using diving equipments, and have experience over 3 years.
• Operation and Maintenance Technician: They graduated technical university or prestigious vocational school in Viet Nam, and have  , Using diving equipments, and have experience over 3 years.
• Physician: They graduated medical college and trained for diving medicine, and have experience over 3 years.
